When material surface energy falls short—when adhesion fails, ink won't stay, or coatings won't spread evenly—how should you adjust your actual process?

The answer is rarely found in a single parameter. It lies in the interplay between the material, its contamination state, the adhesive system, product geometry, and cycle‑time requirements. We invite you to visit us on‑site for a face‑to‑face discussion with our technical team—to diagnose your challenges and explore practical solutions together.

01 · These Are the Issues Worth Discussing in Person

Is your material also "refusing to bond"?

Bonding / Lamination

Poor wetting by adhesives; acceptable initial tack but insufficient long‑term durability; delamination at dissimilar material interfaces.

Printing / Coding / Coating

Ink edge retraction, inadequate adhesion, or flaking/peeling after subsequent friction or sterilization cycles.

Cleaning / Activation

Residual mold release agents, oils, or organic contaminants interfering with the interface; conventional wet chemical processes are unstable or difficult to integrate into production lines.

Mass Production / Consistency

Promising lab results, but equipment selection, fixturing, process windows, and takt times still cannot be reliably replicated in volume production.

02 · More Than Just Equipment – We Talk Process

On‑site, we can work together to clarify the following:

1. Substrate material, actual surface condition, and true failure mode

2. Treatment objective: cleaning, activation, or functionalization

3.Gas chemistry, power, stand‑off distance, line speed, and process window

4.Compatibility with adhesives, inks, coatings, and downstream operations

5.Scale‑up pathway from sample validation to automated mass production

03 · How to Prepare Before You Come

Bringing the right information makes our conversation more productive:

✓ Material samples – both pristine parts and failed parts are welcome

✓ Current process details – adhesives, inks, treatment methods, and takt time

✓ Target metrics – peel strength, contact angle, durability, or reliability requirements

✓ Problem photos – delamination, edge retraction, ink lift‑off, layer separation, etc.

Even if you cannot bring physical samples at the moment, feel free to join us with material names, structural sketches, and existing process parameters for an initial discussion.
