Introduction to Spray Gun
The device supports jet spray guns and rotary spray guns, which can be selected according to different scenarios.
Direct spray gun: mainly used for processing small areas and complex shaped materials, with a processing area range of 5mm-15mm
Rotating spray gun: mainly used for processing small areas and complex shaped materials, with a processing area range of 20mm-100mm
precautions
(1) The shell of the gun head is equipped with high voltage electricity. Please ensure that the "high voltage ground" (GND) behind the power supply host is reliably grounded, or directly fix the gun to a grounded metal frame before touching the shell of the gun.
(2) Rotating gun head: The gun head rotates at high speed during operation. Please do not place the gun head against other objects. Depending on the pressure of the gas being injected, the length of the plasma flame sprayed from the gun head is 20-30 mm. Please ensure that there is sufficient safety distance (preferably greater than 5mm) between the gun head and the workpiece, and do not let the gun head collide with the workpiece.
(3) Depending on the power, the temperature of the flame sprayed from the end to the nozzle of the gun varies between 40-80 ℃. Customers are advised to adjust the distance between the flame and the workpiece according to their own needs. The ideal distance is recommended to be around 15mm.
